Fact: New Kids On The Block and Rick Astley are to headline the second annual iHeart80s Party in San Jose, California. The two acts will be joined by UB40, Men at Work's Colin Hay, Starship, Eddie Money and Night Ranger. The show, hosted by original MTV videojock Martha Quinn, will take place at the SAP Center in San Jose on 28 January (17). Last year's inaugural show, featuring Tears For Fears, Culture Club and Billy Idol, was a big hit and sold out in minutes.
