Heavy Metal Band Slayer Are Featured In A Documentary Which Will Be Screened At The Smithsonian National Museum Of American History In Washington, D.c.
The rockers star in a short film called Slayer and the Origins of Thrash, with bandmembers Tom Araya, Kerry King, Paul Bostaph and Gary Holt discussing the band's formation in the early days of the thrash scene.
The installation is part of the Smithsonian's Places of Musical Innovation video series, and Slayer will represent their contribution to the genre's movement in the 1980s.
