Jeremy McConnell is potentially facing another spell behind bars after allegedly breaching a restraining order brought against him by ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis, by bombarding her with a string of messages on social media.

Merseyside Police are investigating after the 27 year old Irish model apparently contacted Davis, the mother of his child, on multiple occasions in recent weeks with abusive messages, targeting her and her new boyfriend, Jacob Gill, using various social media accounts.

“[We] received an allegation that a restraining order has been breached by a 27 year old man,” a spokesperson for the Merseyside Police service told The Sun on Friday (February 2nd). “A report was received on January 12th that the man had contacted a former partner.”

Jeremy McConnell has been sent to prison after violating the terms of his 12 month sentence – by flying to Turkey in order to get a hair transplant.

The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star, 27, was jailed for 18 weeks by a judge at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Thursday (November 23rd) for skipping on the terms of his suspended sentence.

Back in August, the Irish-born model had been given the suspended sentence of 20 weeks in prison, plus 200 hours of community service, by a judge at Liverpool Magistrates Court for attacking his former girlfriend and mother of his son, Stephanie Davis, at an address in Rainhill on Merseyside back on March 10th.

Stephanie Davis has revealed in an emotional Instagram post that she recently suffered a miscarriage, blaming her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell and the stress he’s been putting her under amid an ongoing domestic abuse court battle with him.

The former ‘Hollyoaks’ star, 24, made the heartbreaking revelation on Wednesday (August 9th), hours after footage emerged online of her drinking alone and acting erratically, which apparently was filmed by onlookers about three days after she discovered her devastating loss.

A source close to Davis told MailOnline the same day: “The footage came out three days after Stephanie had received the worst news ever. She is shell-shocked and heartbroken.”

The most tumultuous relationship outside of ‘Love Island’ took another turn last night as Stephanie Davis was arrested after allegedly physically attacking her boyfriend Jeremy McConnell, after the pair got into a late night argument at a London hotel.

The up/down couple have been staying at the Royal Chace Hotel in Enfield while Davis, 24, has been working in the capital on ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’. However, on Sunday night (July 2nd), police officers were called to the hotel and apparently arrested the mother-of-one and took her to a North London police station, where she remains in custody.

A statement from the Met Police on Monday morning said, according to Mirror Online: “Police in Enfield were called to a hotel in The Ridgeway, EN2 at 23:00hrs on Sunday, 2 July following reports of an assault."

The fiery and ludicrous on/off relationship between Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell appears to have taken a rather more serious turn, with the Irish model reportedly being investigated over claims that he assaulted Davis at her home.

The 27 year old reality star, who met Davis on 2016’s ‘Celebrity Big Brother’, may be facing questions from Merseyside Police following the alleged altercation in Liverpool last Thursday. The complaint was apparently made by Stephanie at the weekend, with her giving a statement to police, according to The Mirror and other news outlets.

Mother and baby graced the cover of this week’s OK! magazine, the tiny two-week-old infant nuzzling up to his actress and reality TV star mum. Stephanie Davis has revealed she went to hospital earlier this week, out of fear that she was about to go into early labour.

The 23 year old actress, who is four months pregnant, said the experience of getting rushed to hospital with such intense pain so early into the process was “really scary”, she told the panel on ‘Loose Women’ on Friday (August 26th).

“I was lying in bed on Sunday with just really really bad pains, to point of throwing up and I ended up going to hospital,” she revealed. “My mum was going to call me an ambulance, but I just wanted to go to Womens (unit).”
