The 57th Grammy Awards is due to feature a number of high profile collaborations, but the biggest announcement may be still to come. Rumour has it that Rihanna, Kanye West and Sir Paul McCartney will be performing a live rendition of RiRi’s new single ‘FourFiveSeconds’.

The unlikely trio will reportedly take to the stage at the ceremony in Los Angeles next weekend. A source has told ‘The Sun’ newspaper: “Rihanna's seriously pleased to have bagged a big slot at The Grammys and two huge names to kick off her comeback. Paul McCartney's a Grammys regular and it will give Rihanna serious kudos to have a Beatle backing her on stage. It is going to be a huge Grammys moment.”

The photo sharing site Instagram has decided to remove millions of profiles which were believed to be posting spam. The website's action, dubbed the 'Instagram rapture', has left a number of legitimate users disgruntled at their seeming lack of online popularity and the purge has seriously affected celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Akon.

Kim Kardashian is now the second most followed Instagram user.

Beyoncé's hit track 'Drunk In Love,' featuring her hubby Jay Z, from her self-titled fifth studio album is getting targeted with infringement allegations by an Hungarian singer whose vocals are heard at the beginning of the song.

Beyonce is being sued by a Hungarian singer called Mitsou

Monika Juhasz Miczura, better known as Mitsou, claims she never gave permission for her vocals to be used in the duet track, and has now filed a Manhattan Supreme Court suit asking for unspecified damages from the 33-year-old songstress.

Superstar soul singer, Solange Knowles, 28, married her fiancé of five years, video director Alan Ferguson, 51, in New Orleans on Sunday, November 16. Close family and friends including the bride’s superstar sister and brother-in-law, Beyonce, 33, and Jay Z, 44, were there to celebrate the union.

With the help of her most recent album, her enormously successful world tour and a host of endorsement deals, she’s more than doubled her earnings from the previous year.

So there’s SXSW for the hipsters, Coachella for the fashionable crowd… and then there’s the Global Citizen music festival, which has a different vibe altogether. Held in Central Park, the third annual event featured the likes of Beyonce, Jay Z, Alicia Keys, No Doubt, Sting and fun. The star-packed festival is free to attend and sets itself the ambitious goal of “erasing poverty by 2030.”

After their On The Run success, Bey and Jay graced the Central Park stage in honor of a good cause.

So here’s how it works. The acts all performed for free, with brief speeches by the likes of Jessica Alba, Hugh Jackman and Olivia Wilde speaking in between performances. It was an exercise in raising awareness and putting pressure on world leaders to enact more effective policies on equality. Attendees were also encouraged to take the pledge, which would earn them points to put towards VIP entry.

Beyonce gave fans at her Paris concert an extra special treat on Friday night when rapper Nicki Minaj joined her on stage for a rendition of their duet ‘Flawless’. The performance marked the first time the pair had appeared on stage together, despite releasing the duet last month.

Dressed in a patterned Versace leotard and a spiked headpiece, Queen Bey was joined on stage by the diminutive ‘Anaconda’ singer who sported a matched catsuit and high ponytail. The performance closed the Paris concert which was part of Beyonce’s ‘On the Run’ tour with husband Jay-Z.

Beyonce has treated fans to a special look at just what went into making her MTV VMAs performance so spectacular by sharing a backstage video. In the four minute clip, the highs and lows of rehearsals are put on display as Beyonce and her dancers are shown trying to perfect the gruelling routine. Too often it seems like we get only examples of girl hate in media, but Demi Lovato is generally one to spread positivity and support for her fellow female celebs. Miss Lovato did not disappoint when speaking about Kim Kardashian recently. The former Disney girl, who has been very public about her own struggles with an eating disorder, spoke out against restrictive beauty standards in media, saying: "When I was growing up and when I was a pre-teen, the people that I had to look up to [for] body image [were] extremely underweight … [They] were all very bony at that time and that was the in thing.”

Lovato said this for Access Hollywood on Thursday. And here’s where the Kim K part comes in: "I really credit women like Beyonce and Kim Kardashian… [they] completely revolutionized what our generation's view of perception of what beautiful is and I really think that they had a huge impact on that.”

Cue the “no longer On The Run” jokes, as Beyonce and Jay Z are off the hook for their 2013 trip to Cuba. The Treasury Department’s Office of Inspector General  released a nine-page report on Wednesday, detailing its decision that Beyonce Knowles-Carter and Shawn Carter did NOT violate any laws, when they traveled to the country last year to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

It's ok, the Carters got the "all clear" from the treasury department.

In April 2013, the Carters’ trip to Cuba sparked widespread controversy. Because of the US embargo, tourism to the country is permitted only under a special license. Suspicions were raised that the couple’s visit to the island nation was in fact illegal – because the two engaged in recreational activities such as a welcome dinner, a walking tour of various Cuban neighborhoods and visits to see student artwork and theater performances, the couple were accused of violating the terms of their educational exchange permit. The story got such wide coverage, that Jay Z was prompted to pen an open letter to his critics and mention the incident in a song (also titled Open Letter). In the song, the rapper implied that he and Beyonce had received clearance from the POTUS himself, although the White House later denied giving permission. The new report rebuffs all claims that the Carters' trip violated the embargo.

Ok, overly enthusiastic music fans everywhere need to reel it in fast, because this is getting ridiculous. A man reportedly had his finger bitten at Beyonce and Jay Z’s On The Run gig in at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, after he confronted another attendee for groping his girlfriend. Following the bizarre sequence of events, Roberto Alcaraz-Garnica, 25, of San Diego was arrested for sexual battery and mayhem. Here’s how the scuffle allegedly came about.

The power couple have not acknowledged the incident.

“The suspect sexually assaulted the female victim,” Lieutenant John Luna of the Pasadena Police Department told TheWrap Sunday. “The woman's boyfriend confronted the alleged groper, and a fight ensued. During the altercation, the suspect bit the victim, causing serious injury to his finger.”

Beyoncé's wardrobe will soon be available for your viewing pleasure.

Several outfits that the 32 year-old has performed in will go on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum even though she hasn't been inducted yet.

On Friday (July 18th), the Rock Hall announced that clothes Beyoncé wore during her Super Bowl performance and music videos will be put in an exhibit, debuting next Tuesday in the Ahmet Ertegun Main Exhibit Hall in its Legends of Rock section.

Feeling glum because you didn't manage to get tickets to see Beyoncé and Jay Z present their "On The Run" world tour? Well, worry not: HBO will be bringing the couple's eagerly anticipated live shows to the small screen after taping their two French concerts. While it may not be the same as being there in the throng, HBO's coverage should be the next best thing.

"This is a major musical event that belongs on HBO," said HBO programming president Michael Lombardo. "It's going to be a night to remember," via Variety. HBO announced the exciting news on Thursday (10th July) at the Television Critics Association summer tour.

The footage will reportedly be filmed during the Parisian leg of the tour - the pair's only European appearances - on the 12th and 13th September.

Whoever was in charge of the captioning at last night's BET Awards should hang their head in shame after they misspelled the name of the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement award, Lionel Richie. During the televised coverage of the Black Entertainment Television Awards on Sunday night (29th June), which was watched by millions around the world, the broadcasting team managed to spell Richie's surname as "Ritchie."

Sure, plenty of worse things could have happened, but it's still a pretty embarrassing move considering Richie was practically the guest of honor at the bash. To make matters worse, the mistake flashed on the screen in large lettering as the 65 year-old soul star headed to collect his prize.

Soon the hashtag "#lionelritchie" began trending on Twitter as viewers picked up on the blunder and quickly spread the news leading to embarrassment for the show's production team.

The couple performed on the opening night of their tour in Miami on Wednesday (25th June) and some celebrity cameos were projected onto the backdrop of one of Jay-Z's performances.

Beyoncé and Jay Z have kicked off their eagerly-anticipated On The Run world tour in Miami, with an inaugural performance taking place on Wednesday night (25th June). At the Sun Life stadium, the hip-hop couple treated fans to an explosive joint performance and a starry night to remember.

The 'Sweet Dreams' singer's frequent outfit changes were the talk of the evening, with an array of risqué new costumes showcased to dazzling effect. After appearing onstage dressed in a Versace fishnet bodysuit complete with matching balaclava, Bey swapped into a denim playsuit, a Versace leotard and a dominatric-style leather suit.

Beyoncé and Solange Knowles have been pictured together for the first time since the embarrassing and disturbing bust-up between Beyoncé's little sister and husband Jay Z in an elevator after the Met Gala earlier this month.

Leaked footage showed Solange, who is also a pop star, lashing out at the rapper whilst he shielded himself but did not hit back. The group's bodyguard hit the emergency stop button and hauled Solange away from Jay Z with Beyoncé demurely avoiding the melee.

The Knowles-Carter family have been pictured together in happy photos to reassure their fans that all is well again but Jay Z was a notable absence from last night's Chime For Change event that the two sisters attended together.

Any and all elevator-related incidents from last month were forgotten at Tuesday night’s Chime for Change anniversary event, held by Gucci director Creative Director Frida Giannini and T Magazine editor-in-chief Deborah Needleman at Gucci Fifth Avenue in New York City, which Beyonce and Solange Knowles attended together. The sisters rocked complementary outfits, with Bey opting for a white halter jumpsuit and Solange sporting white trousers and a bright orange shirt. Very 90s, we approve.

More importantly, Bey reportedly donated a substantial amount of money toward the good cause. "At the Gucci Chime for Change event in NYC, Beyoncé just announced a personal donation of $500,000 to the charity," Women's Wear Daily tweeted. We’re calling that Reason #432556 to like Beyonce.

The Knowles sisters are showing that they are united.

Beyoncé posted a photograph of herself and Solange this past Saturday (May 17th) with the caption, "New Orleans May17th 2014."

Music’s first couple just released the trailer for Run this past Saturday – with no prior warning or promotion, in classic Mr. and Mrs. Carter style. The trailer is a star-packed event, featuring the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal, Don Cheadle, Blake Lively, Emmy Rossum, Sean Penn, Guillermo Diaz and Rashida and Kidada Jones.

Bey and Jay are pros at keeping everyone talking. This time, it's about their creative endeavors.

The trailer continues the couple’s favorite Bonnie and Clyde theme and sees them shooting guns, evading the law and generally looking really cool. Beyoncé is ensuring no one has the wrong idea about her relationship with her sister Solange. The singer posted a series of pictures of the pair together on her Instagram account following Solange’s highly publicised fight with Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z.

 Solange and Jay-Z appear to have had a disagreement which ended in blows at the beginning of May. The incident occurred the night of the New York Met Gala on Saturday (3rd May) and Solange appears to have attacked Jay-Z in an elevator at the Standard Hotel. Surveillance footage seemingly shows a tuxedo clad Jay-Z being kicked and punched by Solange before the two security men accompanying the pair forcibly hauled Solange away from the rapper. We’re still not sure what the disagreement was about and, although the pair and Beyoncé have released a statement, they did not allude to the reasons behind the fight.

So, this whole Jay Z/Solange thing? We’re still trying to get our heads around it. Beyonce has gone from having the most outwardly perfect family life to being embroiled in some sort of Jerry Spring family feud. Here are the facts. Along with a lot of finger pointing, Beyonce’s little sister, Solange Knowles, launched herself at Jay Z in a lift at the Met Gala. Held back by a bodyguard, Solange spent around 3 minutes trying to punch and kick the rapper, while a bodyguard held her back. Beyonce calmly stood between the two, while Jay appeared to try talking to the furious Solange, occasionally blocking himself from her attempted blows.

The whole world’s been wondering what Jay Z did (if anything) to rile Solange up so much. Beyonce addressed the physical altercation, which saw her sister Solange attack her husband Jay Z in a lift after the Met Ball.

The story of how Solange Knowles attacked Jay Z after the Met Gala was bizarre enough on its own, but it sounds even stranger since Rihanna’s name was mentioned. According to the New York Daily News, the younger Knowles sister lashed out at her brother in law after he said he was going to Rihanna’s after party without his wife. Apparently the tension had been brewing for a while, but it boiled over when Solange, Beyonce and Jay Z entered the now infamous Standard Hotel elevator.

In what promises to be some of the most exciting gigs of the summer, Mr and Mrs Carter ie Beyonce and Jay-Z are teaming up together for the 'On The Run' tour. Arguably music’s most successful couple, the 15 date tour, which is so far only reaching North America, will mark the first time the pair have hit the road together. Whilst no details have been given yet on how the actual shows are going to play out, one thing’s for sure, Beyonce and Jay-Z combined is going to make for one epic tour.

They had to do it, just had to. Following weeks of speculation and radio silence on their end, Beyonce and Jay Z have finally announced their joint summer tour dates. The powerhouse couple are planning to go on a 16-city On the Run tour, and tickets have already been made available to a select few. Members of Beyonce’s fan club will be the first to be able to purchase tickets starting Tuesday, April 29 at 8 a.m., followed by Chase debit and credit customers at 10 a.m.

The biggest couple in music are uniting for the summer tour of all summer tours.

According to Variety, Jay and Bey’s Run will start in Miami, at the Sun Life Stadium on June 25^th. They will close the tour with a gig in San Francisco – August 5^th at AT&T Park. The general public will have their shot at the tickets on Friday, May 2 through Live Nation’s website and mobile app.

Music's biggest power couple, Beyoncé and Jay Z, have officially announced which cities they will be heading to this coming summer.

Hip-hop's royal pair confirmed they will be co-headlining the 'On The Run' tour, which will be hitting at least 16 cities across North America, kicking things off on June 25th Miami's Sun Life Stadium.

The married duo will also be stopping off in Philadelphia, Houston, Toronto, Chicago and Winnipeg, Canada, before finishing up on August 5th in San Francisco's AT&T Park.
