Former 'Home and Away' star Melissa George has become a mother again at the age of 47 after welcoming her third son.
Melissa George has become a mother again after a secret pregnancy.
The former 'Home and Away' star, 47, confirmed her happy news in a post on Instagram on Wednesday (19.03.24) by sharing a black and white picture of her new baby's feet alongside a caption revealing the tot's gender.
She wrote: "Welcome to the world my little man. Love knows no end. A mother of 3 sons. Cannot believe it. My heart is so full."
In a later addition to her Instagram Stories, she added: "My everything. You are here. I love you so much."
Melissa has not shared any more details about her new arrival including his name or the identity of his father. She shares her two elder sons Raphael, nine, and Solal, seven, with her ex Jean-David Blanc.
She didn't go public with her baby news back until January when she shared a picture of her bump in a sweet picture posted on Instagram, and Melissa later celebrated the new arrival at a baby shower earlier in March but kept the details of her pregnancy private.
Melissa previous opened up about the joys of motherhood in an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, explaining she's most happy when she's with her sons.
She said: "You've got to create things and to me, that's where true happiness comes from. Just being there with my two boys ...
"Having children, for me, will go down in my life as the greatest, most victorious, thing I've ever done."
Melissa is now based in Paris and she also opened up about giving birth in a French hospital. She explained: "It was all in French ... No drugs, no nothing, just primal woman walking the halls of a French hospital, trying to get this very large child out of my body. Adopting, however you do it, when you have that baby in your arms, it's the greatest thing in the world."
