The legendary animator/writer was transported from his Hollywood Hills home to nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Sunday morning after feeling unwell.

A representative for Lee tells TMZ.com the 92 year old is recuperating and is still planning on attending the premiere of Marvel's Ant-Man in Hollywood on Monday night (29Jun15).

Lee co-created the latest big screen superhero, and is also responsible for X-Men, Fantastic Four and Spider-Man, among other comic book-to-film franchises.
