Actor Taylor Kitsch recalls his past sleeping rough on the New York City subway as he struggled to find his way in the entertainment industry in his early 20s. The threesome will join Taylor Kitsch, Lynn Collins and Willem Dafoe in the Disney film, which chronicles a Civil War veteran's mysterious transportation to Mars.

The Disney film follows a damaged U.S. Civil War veteran who mysteriously finds himself on Mars. Kitsch will play the title character, while Collins will play the Princess of Mars.
