Sarah Harding’s ordeals in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house have been all over the tabloids for the last couple of months.
However, her former Girls Aloud bandmate Nadine Coyle has revealed in a wide-ranging new interview with The Sun that she tried in vain to get her friend to refuse to do ‘CBB’, persuading her to come to Spain with her on holiday instead.
“She called to tell me she was doing it and my immediate thing was, ‘Don’t. Absolutely not.’ ‘Why?’ she said. ‘Stop this immediately. Retract, retract. Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. We’ll go on a holiday. I’m going to Spain, come,” Coyle told the British paper on Thursday (September 7th).

No, it's not for some supergroup that absolutely nobody will be calling Westaloud, but a collaboration for Shane's new album.
Former Westlife star Shane Filan has revealed that he’s recorded a duet with Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle. Though it’s easily a decade since each group was at the peak of its commercial powers, Filan is hoping that the collaboration will attract interest in his new solo album.
Speaking to The Mirror on Tuesday night (September 8th), 30 year old Coyle said: “I’m a huge fan of Shane and used to love listening to his songs growing up. I love the track we’ve done and can’t wait for us to perform it live.”

Michael Flatley captured and enchanted audiences with his 1997 televised dance show 'Lord Of The Dance' of which Flatley was both the star and the executive producer. Now, the show is back in an epic re-staging featuring more contemporary outfits, cybernetic space costumes, disappearing tricks as well as Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle performing alongside an award-winning cast. The DVD experience shows the performance as it was filmed at the world premiere at the Palladium Theatre in London.
As Kimberley Walsh becomes the second member of Girls Aloud to jump on the baby train, we dig up some facts on the former Girls Aloud singer.
Earlier this month former Girls Aloud member Nadine Coyle gave birth to her first baby daughter. Nadine announced to her Twitter followers on February 10th: ‘I am overjoyed to let you know that our little girl is here. She is amazing! I love being a mammy & will fill you all in soon’ and has since not updated her profile, clearly she is taking time off from social media to enjoy spending time with the new addition to her family.
Kimberley has announced she is pregnant with her first child
Fellow Girls Aloud alumni, Kimberley Walsh, took to the social media site this afternoon to let fans know that she will also become ‘a mammy’ (Nadine’s words - not Kimberley’s!) before the year is out. Kimberley tweeted this afternoon: ‘Justin and I are so happy to let you all know we are having a baby!! Couldn’t wait to share our lovely news with you all’. Her best friend Cheryl was also overjoyed by the news, taking to Instagram to congratulate her former band mate.
Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle has announced her pregnancy via Instagram. Who's the father?
Singer Nadine Coyle has announced that she is expecting a baby through the timeless medium of photo sharing site, Instagram. Irish Coyle teased fans by tweeting "This is the most Craic I have ever had!!!!! I need to jazz myself up to tell you all! Xxx" then following up a few hours later by posting an Instagram photo that showed a fuzzy image of the 28 year-old looking surprised and excited with the words "I am having a baby. Xx" written in fancy pink font over the top.
Did The News Come As A Shock?
Only Coyle herself knows for sure whose child it will be as she hasn't announced who the father of her child is yet, but it is suspected that he is American football player and former fiancé Jason Bell who has had an on/off relationship with the star. The pair reportedly reconciled earlier this year after a split. However, during their break, Nicole reportedly got together with Waz Ashayer, a club promoter, who she met at V Festival in a relationship that was serious enough to introduce him to her family.

There were tears all-round at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on Wednesday as Girls Aloud called time on their hugely successful career.
Girls Aloud have officially called time on their stunning career in pop music after playing a final show in Liverpool on Wednesday evening (March 20, 2013). The show at the Echo Arena capped a 12-date sold-out farewell tour in the UK, following ten hugely successful years together for the girl group. "We have now come to the end of our incredible time together," read a tweet on the band's official account.
Girls Aloud formed after appearing on reality TV show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002, going straight to No.1 with their debut single 'Sound of the Underground,' and easily seeing off the competition from hapless rival band One True Voice. The group, made up of Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh, Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts, achieved a string of 22 consecutive hit singles, including four No.1's. Cole - the most successful of the group - tweeted after the Liverpool gig, "I love you @GirlsAloud fans so so so so so much! You have given me everything!" adding, "To the people that haven't been able to make it, for whatever reason, we feel your support regardless and have done for 10 yrs."

It has long been expected that the reason behind the girl's demise in 2009 was down to the competitive nature felt between the two girls, and now Cheryl has come out and admitted that that was the reason behind the split, but it was completely down to Nadine and had nothing to do with her.
The revelation comes from her new book Cheryl: My Story, in which the singer says that the whole group knew that the band's time was just about up when Nadine refused to join the girls to the 2008 BRIT Awards, despite being up for the award for Best Group. Cheryl also reveals in her book that it was no secret that Nadine has trying to break America as a solo artist, and she even brought her own tour manager on tour with the rest of the girl on their last tour.
