Holly Madison (born Hollin Sue Cullen, 23.12.1979) Holly Madison is an American model and reality star best known for starring in 'The Girls Next Door' - the Playboy reality show.
Childhood: Holly Madison was born in Astoria, Oregon but grew up on the Prince of Wales Island near Ketchikan, Alaska. Her parents are Steve, a maritime shipping worker, and Patsy Cullen. The family later moved back to St. Helen's, Oregon. She attended Portland State University studying theatre and psychology. At the age of 20 she moved to LA and attended Loyola Marymount University. She got involved in a competition to be a Hawaiian Tropic model and worked at Hooters restaurant. She then began to get frequent invitations to Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion before being asked to move in.
Career: Holly Madison was part of the Playboy Cyber Girl on the magazine's website in 2003. In 2005, she was a Playboy covergirl promoting 'The Girls Next Door'. She helped produce Playboy spreads as an intern and contributed to the 2008 'Girls Next Door' calendar. In 2006, she started writing animal articles for a magazine called 'The Coolest Little Pet Magazine'. In 2007, she posed nude for PETA's 'I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur' campaign. In 2009, she stopped working for Playboy. That year she replaced an injured Jewel on 'Dancing with the Stars' partnering with Dmitry Chaplin, though she too later sustained an injury. In 2009, she and Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman broke the Guinness World Record for 'largest bikini parade ever' with 281 participants. She replaced Kelly Monaco in a burlesque show called 'Peepshow' in Las Vegas but left in 2012 after getting pregnant. She starred in her own reality show, 'Holly's World', in 2009 and it ran for two seasons.

Although she had expressed her wishes to get married to him, he was less inclined to the idea. In 2008, she split with Hefner but stayed to do a sixth season of 'Girls Next Door'. Between 2008 and 2009, she dated illusionist Criss Angel. Between 2010 and 2011, she dated Jack Barakat from All Time Low. In 2013, she gave birth to her daughter Rainbow Aurora Rotella who's father is Pasquale Rotella. She has undergone many plastic surgery procedures in her life such as rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, and even insured her breasts for $1 million.
