Nirvana, Kiss, Peter Gabriel, Cat Stevens, Linda Ronstadt, Hall and Oates, the E Street Band, Andrew Loog Oldham and Brian Epstein were all welcomed into the Hall of Fame. After plenty of hush-hush, it emerged that Joan Jett and Lorde would be performing with former Nirvana rockers Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, who were inducted by R.E.M's Michael Stipe. But did Kiss managed to settle their disputes for the big night.
'Veep' Goof: One of the most embarrassing stories from this week's entertainment news was that of Julia Louis-Dreyfus and her Rolling Stone cover shoot. Sure, the Veep actress looked great in the buff with the constitution tattooed over her back - only problem was that John Hancock signed the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution as the magazine showed.
