Since the death of Pendragon, the whole country has slowly fallen into chaos - particularly the capital, Londinium. Vortigern rules with an iron fist and his willingness to use dark magic cause more and more problems.
As Arthur learns about his past, he unites with a group of rebels but the new owner of Excalibur is far from enthusiastic at fighting Vortigern's army. As time passes Arthur realises that he must be the one to restore some peace to the city but with Vortigern leading his troops it's not going to be an easy battle.

Beckham has been a goodwill ambassador for the UN's Unicef organisation for over ten years.
David Beckham has given an emotional speech at the United Nations, urging world leaders to do more to protect vulnerable children around the world. The former England football captain gave the address in his role as a goodwill ambassador for Unicef.
“As a Unicef ambassador, and as a father, it breaks my heart to see children continue to suffer,” the 40 year old said on Thursday (September 24th) at the UN General Assembly in New York. The organisation’s Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, was alongside him during the speech.

David Beckham has said he felt a little heartbreak when one of his sons told him that he wasn't sure he wanted to play football all the time. However the former football star also added that he only wanted his children to play the game if it made them happy.

The A-list power couple faced opposition from a neighbour after submitting extensive renovation proposals for their new luxury London home.
David and Victoria Beckham have triumphed in a planning dispute with their next-door neighbour over their proposal to put in air-conditioning at their new multi-million house in London.
At the end of March, the Beckhams submitted a planning request to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council to include the system in five rooms of their £31.5 million home in west London, including a luxury gym and a large wine cellar.
At this point, a neighbour lodged a complaint with the local council, arguing that the noise, pollution and dust from the construction would affect his enjoyment of his property. He was reportedly concerned that the Beckhams’ alterations would adversely affect “historic character of the Victorian house of the streets, my house included”.
